TiC-Steel bonded Alloy studs mainly use high manganese steel as the bonding phase and TiC as the hard phase. The main grades are TM60 and TM52. The specific chemical composition and mechanical properties are shown in Table 1.
Use powder metallurgy technology to prepare TiC-Steel bonded Alloy studs . TiC micro powder, manganese powder, pre-alloyed Fe-Mo powder, graphite powder, etc. are mixed in proportion and then wet ball milled. After precipitation, drying and sieving, they are granulated, mixed with glue and molded into stud shapes. Sintering and degumming (rubber or paraffin), and finally high-temperature vacuum sintering to obtain steel-bonded carbide studs with excellent performance.
