Ceramic lined elbows & bends

Ceramic wear-resistant elbow is a special corundum ceramic made of AL2O3 as raw material, rare metal oxide as solvent, and sintered at a high temperature of 1730°C. The wear-resistant ceramic tiles are then bonded with wear-resistant adhesive to form a wear-resistant ceramic layer. Wear-resistant ceramic materials are selected according to different needs to meet the technical conditions of users’ special needs. The wear resistance of wear-resistant ceramic tiles is 280 times that of manganese steel and 180.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron. It is widely used in related equipment and pipelines in power plants for pulverized coal transportation, steel plants for sintering dust removal, cement plants and other enterprises.
