Heat treatment cracking of high manganese steel castings

Heat treatment cracking of high manganese steel castings is caused by excessive heating at low temperatures. Therefore, the correct operation is below 350℃, the heating rate is <80℃/h, below 750℃, the heating rate<100℃/h, and there are different periods of heat preservation. When it reaches >750℃, the casting is in a plastic state and can be heated quickly. When the temperature reaches 1050℃, the holding time is determined according to the thickness of the casting, and then rises to above 1100℃. Leave room for the furnace to cool down and then add water as quickly as possible. The temperature rises too slowly at high temperatures, the holding time is too short, and the time interval between coming out of the furnace and entering the water is too long (should not be >0.5min), all of which will affect the quality of the castings. The entering water temperature should be <30°C. After quenching, the water temperature should be <50°C. The water volume should be no less than 8 times the weight of the casting. Cold water enters from the lower part of the pool and warm water flows out from the top surface of the pool. The casting must move continuously in three directions in the pool.

The most popular function of TiC cermet rods is used in manganese wearing part: hammer heads, jaw plates, blow bars, impact plates, liner plates,
